Keep your soaps in a dry, ventilated area when not in use. By creating an ideal environment, your soaps will last far longer. Use a soap dish that drains and keep it away from direct streams of water.
We use preservatives in some of our products and we are happy to inform you about those. So long as you follow instructions on how to cater for your products purchased, you should not have any problems. We are not responsible for any problems due to misuse of our products. If mould or bacteria grow on your product purchased, we are not responsible. Therefore, it is important for you to follow proper storage and care for your products.
As all our products are handmade, we can’t duplicate the exact aims each time. Climate changes also affect the outcome of our products, so although we follow the same recipe for each batch, products can look different than shown in pictures.
All soaps and bath bombs contain colourants, which could potentially stain bathroom fixtures,flooring, towels and wash cloths. It is best to test a small area first. If you are at all worried about staining do not use our Products.
As all our products are handmade and individually poured, pressed or cut, there may be slight variations in weight or size.
Due to the high concentration of body butters and oils in our lotion bars, body butters and bath bombs, you or your tub might be slippery. To prevent a fall make sure the tub is cleaned after each use. You may notice a ring on the tub when done, simply wipe off with soap and a damp cloth after each use.
We cannot guarantee actual results on any of our products, as everyone’s DNA is different. These are homemade products using all natural as noted in the ingredients listing. Product claims and descriptions are based on research ( by outside parties, internet research etc.) on all of the ingredients in our products.
